Brief description of the control of each process：

Our company is an ISO9001 certified enterprise,and will strictly control production in accordance with the procedures and documents of each process,and the procedures and documents are briefly described.

①Raw material control documents:Lime 1 and lime 2 are respectively 30 tons as an incoming batch,measuring the CaO content and particle size,quartz 1,quartz 2,and quartz 3 are sampled to test the composition,content,and particle size,and are stored and marked centrally after passing the test.500 tons is a production batch to store raw materials,1000 tons is a storage batch,to be put into production,to ensure that the raw materials are uniform and stable,only qualified raw materials can enter the factory,and unqualified returns.

②Ingredient gelling control documents:a Strictly measure the ingredients according to the ingredient process list,and conduct laboratory tests to confirm;b Strictly follow the gelling instruction book for gelling to ensure the parameters of the pre-reaction；

③Synthesis control documents:synthesis process instruction book,slurry solid content control instruction book,control synthetic slurry

④Molding control documents,according to the molding instruction book to produce the control density,so that it is within the control range.

⑤Process inspection,one sample for every 4 tons,various physical parameters are tested,qualified for circulation,and unqualified for identification.

⑥Packaging inspection procedure documents:sampling,testing,recording,and testing each parameter batch by batch,so that each parameter is controlled and identified separately,and those that do not meet the parameter requirements shall not be packaged.

⑦The customer files shall be archived according to the process inspection batch,and the quality status of each batch issued shall be clear；

⑧Packaging process documents,the products that meet the quality requirements are packed according to the packaging specifications,and the packaging can only enter the factory if it meets the quality requirements.
