The company is the hi-tech enterprise in China adopting the new technology of “pre-gelatinizing secondary high temperature and high pressure synthesis”, to produce high temperature resistant calcium silicate insulation materials. Due to the adoption of the pre-gelatinizing technology as well as the high-temperature and high-pressure steam synthesis at 400℃ or above, the obtained high-calcium silicate products are featured by high temperature resistance, and higher flexural strength compared with products with the same proportion. The highest heat temperature is up to 1,150℃, 100℃ higher than the heat-resistance temperatures of products currently produced using ordinary production technologies in China; the flexural strength is up to 0.7mpa, 0.2mpa higher than that of products with the same proportion. Thus, the service life of the product is prolonged, and its energy-saving effect is also improved. Thanks to such features as high heat resistance, high flexural strength, and non-deformation under long-term thermal erosion, the product can serve as a support for refractory equipment, protecting it and stabilizing the refractory body. In addition, because our company uses the 2.7MPa pressure of 400℃ superheated steam for synthesis, to achieve high-quality xonotlite compound bodies, which are then put into special processing. The plate produced in such a way has a volume density of 180-350kg/m3, a flexural strength of 1.5 MPa or above, a compressive strength of 2.5 MPa or higher, and the heat resistance of 1,000℃ or more; the thermal conductivity (at room temperature) is up to 0.036w/mk, and the water increase rate is greater than 98%. It is an excellent artificial wood material used for thermal insulation and fire resistance on external walls of buildings, and the performance indicators measure up to the most advanced level.
